Terms

Terms & conditions

These terms explain how Remote Executive collaborates with clients, protects shared work, and keeps execution programs running smoothly.

What these terms cover

These terms apply when you browse remote-executive.com, download our resources, or engage Remote Executive for operations-as-a-service work. Continuing to use the site means you agree to the guidelines below.

If we start an engagement, the statement of work (SOW) outlines deliverables, timelines, and commercials. When conflicts arise, the SOW takes priority, but everything here still applies unless we change it in writing.

Working together

Partnerships move quickly when we both do our part. Here’s what you can expect from us—and what we expect from you.

  • We provide access to operators across research, systems design, implementation, and analytics to deliver agreed outcomes.
  • You provide timely feedback, access to stakeholders, and the data or tools needed to keep the build moving.
  • If scope shifts, we’ll review the impact together and adjust budgets or timelines before continuing.

Access and security

Some projects involve shared tooling, dashboards, or documentation. Keep those credentials safe and report suspicious activity immediately.

You’re responsible for activity that happens under accounts we provide. If access is misused or compromised, we may revoke or pause it to protect the work in progress.

Using Remote Executive materials

Everything we create is meant to move your operations forward, not to be resold or repackaged.

  • Deliverables we produce can be used internally across your organization.
  • Frameworks, tooling, and documentation we bring into the engagement remain Remote Executive intellectual property unless the SOW says otherwise.
  • Don’t redistribute, resell, or white-label our materials, training content, or research without written permission.

Professional conduct

We build long-term partnerships and expect everyone to uphold a respectful, inclusive working environment—online and off.

  • No sharing malicious code, confidential third-party information, or anything that violates privacy or IP rights.
  • No harassment, discrimination, or behavior that creates an unsafe space for our team or yours.
  • We may pause or end an engagement if conduct breaches these expectations.

Liability and warranties

Remote Executive delivers services with care and experience, but experimentation and implementation involve risk.

We can’t guarantee specific revenue, conversion, or performance outcomes. If something goes wrong, collective liability is capped at the fees paid or payable for the relevant work.

Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages are excluded to keep risk manageable for both sides.

Changes to these terms

We refresh these terms when services, tooling, or regulations change. Updated versions take effect as soon as they’re posted here.

If a change materially impacts an active engagement, we’ll flag it directly and make sure we’re aligned before continuing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes will be handled in London courts unless your SOW specifies a different jurisdiction.
